What is the role of DC cabinet in high-voltage switchgear cabinet?

Role of DC cabinet: It mainly provides power supply for high-voltage switch closing mechanism, the DC mini-bus on the top of high-voltage switchgear cabinet provides DC power supply for signaling, controlling, alarming and other circuits, as well as DC power supply for relay protection and automatic devices.

What are the components of a DC screen power supply system?

The product consists of AC power supply, rectifier, charger, battery pack, DC distribution system, circuit breaker, charger, battery, circuit breaker combination. Working principle: DC screen power operation power supply system consists of AC power distribution part, rectifier part, DC feeder part and monitoring part.

How does a battery charging module work?

The charging module converts the three-phase AC power into 220V or 110V DC, which is isolated by the isolation diode and then output in parallel to charge the battery on the one hand, and on the other hand provide normal DC power to the loads through the closing tap and control tap.

Why is safety important in a high power cabinet?

Safety is the primary and most important matter. Every unit has high voltages that could be fatal. In high-power units short-circuit currents can be significant. Safety consists of two main points: first, the cabinet has been made safe to use and second, that the actual installation of the cabinet is carried out safely without personal injury.
