How fast does an inverter work?

It does this very quickly — 60 times per second in most U.S. electrical systems. AC power works well at high voltages, and can be "stepped up" in voltage by a transformer more easily than direct current can. Simultaneously, a three-phase full-bridge circuit is assigned to convert the DC voltage into AC voltage. In addition, a novel space vector modulation strategy is introduced to achieve capacitor voltage self-balance.
